Egyptian custom find undeclared firearms in bag

The article is about the recent catching of a man trying to enter New York from a flight and the authorities found a little arsenal of firearms, ammunition, and knives. The man had have arrived from Cairo, Egypt not knowing that the U.S. had a law that u had to be cleared that u could go on a flight with firearms and other dangerous weapons, but it is permittable in the U.S. to carry firearms and other weapons if your permitted by the airline you are traveling on. Other countries than the U.S. have serious restrictions for firearms on air flights.

My reaction to the article is i feel sort of weird because the weapons are in reach of the passengers how does the airline know that maybe a man truthful to the taliban had worked with airplanes, or even studied the exact airplane he was going to be on that day so he could find where they hold the luggage. It's very pathetic that the airport that he lifted off from in Cairo, Egypt didn't get ahold of the weapons before he reached the borders of the U.S. it's almost like they could care less if something happened and that's what makes me so mad that they don't care if we die. I think that the Middle Eastern countries should tighten up their airports so risk like this couldn't happen it's bad how Cairo's airport officials handle this situation i think i could do better and I haven't even got my high school diploma yet.
