The article is about the recent accidental killing of four Palenstinians. The tunnels that are on the borders of Egypt and Garza are very active from transporting of weapons to human aids and the Israel army targets them frequently to check upon terroist acts, or other such crimes. The recent construction of steel walls along the border are hopefully to stop the threat of these accidental killings, or more deadly terroist threats.
My reaction to this article is that it's to the fault of th government for not knowing who is at risk down at the tunnels. I believe they first should check upon their intelligence before doing such a big act of blowing things up. The victims of the bombings families should look into suing or even trying to prosecute the people that layed down the acts of bombing the tunnel.
